History 2nd paper (71) 1½hr

 

Session 1

If you have an exam in Session 1, you need to register in your form room and your form tutor will bring you to SH1 for 8.50am. You will sit alongside the sign for your teaching group.

 

If you have an exam during Session 1 and another Session 2 you will have a short comfort/toilet break at approximately 10.45am and should leave the DSA at 10.55am and go to SH1 for the second exam session. 

 

Session 2

If you have an exam in Session 2 but not in Session 1, you should arrive at school between 10.45 and 10.55. You must enter by the late door and sign in at the late office with Mrs Smith.

 

All pupils taking exams in Session 2 must be in SH1 by 11.00.

 

GCSE Art Students

On Thursday 10th December, all pupils involved in the GCSE Art session must go to the Art Department straight after break to begin session promptly at 11.15.  Please speak to your Art teacher who will inform you which Art room your session will be in.  You will get half an hour for lunch at the usual time of 1.15pm.  At the end of lunch you must go straight back to your Art room and will finish your session at 2.45pm.

 

Option Block B – Wednesday 16th December

Students doing Business Studies and Media (in bold text and underlined on the timetable) should report straight to the Gallery at 8.45am promptly and you will be registered there.

 

Please ensure you have the correct equipment for every exam: 2 black pens, pencil, rubber, ruler, calculator, protractor (angle measurer).

 

AFTER YOU FINISH YOUR EXAMS FOR THE DAY YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE SCHOOL BUILDING IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE NOTE THAT LUNCH WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. However, pupils entitled to a free school meal should inform their form tutor by Friday 4th December.
