Key Information

Welcome Year 10 and Year 11 to your very own page. We will load everything you need on this page and if there is anything we are missing please let us know...

At Key Stage 4 every lesson is focussed on the content for GCSE examinations, which are sat at the end of Year 11. All work completed will need to be recalled, revised and revisited over the two years so that students achieve their potential at the end of Year 11. Therefore we are sharing the key dates when examinations, progress tests and careers events are on, so you can support us in preparing your child for their examinations.

Year 10: Subject Information evening and Careers Fair is organised for 6th February 2020

               Progress tests are 1st - 7th May

Year 11: Subject Information evening and careers fair 14th November 2019

Internal examinations start 2nd December, these will be asked for by colleges

Pre Public examinations in English, maths and science 10th February 2020

GCSE examinations provisionally start 18th May 2020

It is crucially important that students are available until the end of June for the contingency week stipulated by JCQ. This is in case of a sustained national or local disruption during the June 2020 examination series.
